Shipping policy

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

2 to 5 business days with USPS once it leaves our office.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Pick your preferred method at checkout: USPS 7 to 21 business days / DHL Express 4 to 7 business days.

NOTE: Taxes and Duties for international shipping may vary depending on the country and should be paid by the customer. Inspire 2 Shine LLC is not responsible for those charges.

 

PROCESSING

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3 - 5 business days after placing your order for processing.

 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Clicking on your tracking number should take you to your item's tracking page. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, then simply contact us at inspire2shinellc@gmail.com

 

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

The shipping provider and tracking information is sent to the e-mail provided at check out.  If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered and is missing, you will need to file a claim with USPS or UPS.

If your shipping address was entered incorrectly, we will not be able to assist you with a credit due to a lost package and customer error.

Once a package leaves our shipping facility and is collected by the shipping provider you chose at checkout, Inspire 2 Shine LLC is no longer responsible for the package and all claims must be addressed with the shipping provider.  Once the shipping provider deems the package to be missing or stolen please email us at inspire2shinellc@gmail.com with your written proof from the shipping provider and a
